In the years I’ve been following custodianships...NV seems to have the fewest hassles and I don’t know that I’ve ever seen Clark County reject one in the last dozen I’ve watched. Hell, look how fast they granted custo to GS on $RE7C with an active company (that is now fighting it I think). If there are no objections filed, Clark County seems to move fast.
