Excellent point and probably giving all this too much credence. They may have a financial backer or lending ability to meet the contractual terms…my guess there is as good as anyone.

I think Nader has jumped into bed with anyone he can find just to get a PR out. That particular one sent the stock up dramatically. It was a far cry from “all the BP offers” on his desk.

I think every day Nader is the CEO is one day closer to Chapter 11. Mulholland’s exit only fortifies that opinion
