I think we may have been at 47mn not 58mn.......I haven't been able to reach him by phone. The main thing is our float...This should be correct.......If all goes well we should remain with this float for a year. We have what we need to keep us off the restricted list and small enough to allow us to move up rather easily if we get some decent volume and some buyins. I'm anxious to get the other 51% of the mag.......If we can and then maybe get and equipment subsidiary thats generating decent revenues it would make us complete. Whether it would be surf board company or snow board......Preferably surf board.....Some are doing rather nicely and would benefit to go public.
