I could not agree with you more on all points. Biden is not very bright, I am sure he caught the riot act as soon as he read the teleprompter saying "Let's raise the Capital Gains rate!" oops meant We need to get behind the investors in our country and not TAX THEM OUT OF THE MARKET!
