let's take a step back, a company doesn't raise capital at $1.70, have zero debt, get a 41,000,000 share stake from AULT and begin to transition and reinvigorate the brand into 100% E-Commerce to stay under $1.00 per share.

if this is under $1.00 by October, I would be very very surprised.

hard to imagine this under $1.00 over summer
