Tomorrow indicates forward movement. All forward movement is a day closer to sale of the ticker.

Given the time that's already elapsed, I wouldn't be surprised if Lazar files current shortly after custodianship ends (more forward movement) and/or has a buyer lined up (end goal). It's all a waiting game, yes. This just changes how long or short of a wait it'll be.
