We're all aware shares were added to the AS, but that's not a new note outside the bankruptcy.

To be clear, you're suggesting there was an outstanding debt the company owed which the Judge chose to ignore during the bankruptcy proceedings which Lazar is now attempting to negotiate but will hold up the custodianship.

So the Judge ignored a debt as unsubstantial to the bankruptcy that they're now deciding should affect the custodianship?

As I said, I find that doubtful, but I'd love to see the source.
