Good questions. Everyone knows the FDA favors big Pharma so the burden of proof may be more difficult for smaller companies, granted.
Yes, people are dying but a completely safe drug that really didn't cut the mustard in the trials(yes they may have been flawed) is still just a completely safe drug.
