As a possibility to consider; CYGX has licensed the topical treatment for HERPES to Phanuel and I would imagine the agreement would tend to be for a set $$$ amount or a percentage of gross revenues, whichever is larger. While waiting for this to happen, I would like to think management has or is in the process of lining up private capital to see them through the success of the HERPES process. Should this be the case and the topical treatment is as successful as we hope it will be, I see little in the way of having to "sell the farm". I would also like to believe that management would much rather see their efforts licensed rather than sold off piecemeal since that should bring a greater return, to both themselves and shareholders.
