My guess is next Tuesday. Even though the 13 filers could likely be "talked into" buying the whole $33 Million or whatever, this is the last financing they'll likely ever need, therefore the fact that it might already be full, is irrelevant. They're telling this story to everyone, or at least as many big $$$ players as they can, and that will take at least a week. IMO.

RPRX: My "guess" is very quickly ... perhaps this week before any outside "events" lower the share price. (I wouldn't expect much of a discount for the buyers, either)
