Due Dillinger, Wasn't Paul Winkle/Alex Consulting just RECENTLY implicated in a Stock Manipulation Scam ?
If SO, Why would NSDM be sleeping with a KNOWN Stock Fraud Pumper SCAMER under indictment ? We know Winkle uses promoters and mass mailings, Who will say and do ANYTHING to artificially inflate a stock.
This doesn't look good. IMHO
Could this be the reason for the NSDM recent painted run up and imminent collapse ?
On Another note, If there are SO many dianonds in Canada, Why is Walter spending so much time trying to get to the Ukraine ?
