Well considering the SEC ruling Verdant might have no choice other than to take all the shares and covert them to Verdant shares and become a reporting company. Otherwise they will never be able to sell the lith shares they are holding after September 28th. Anything they do will drive this stock higher. The might even take the 2.2 billions shares and start a new entity. And of course Enersys might clean this up shortly also. Something is going on I know!
