You're correct. With the company putting out their acquisition plan focusing on boosting marketcap to its highest potential should be goal #1. Acquiring other data companies while compensating with as few shares as possible. Their proposed actions had the exact opposite effect. Going to be interesting to see if they double down or modify their stance. RS is not a stupid guy so I think he is going to have to try and thread the needle here.
