continued to work with their legal advisors and other experts to
understand the ability of the German Public Prosecutor
(“GPP”) to successfully make a claim into the LBIE estate. The
Administrators and the GPP are in discussions about a suitable
value to be attributed to this claim. Should it not be possible to
reach agreement the Administrators may need to initiate
litigation proceedings."
