Only one comment. If reverse splits scare you that much don’t trade in the OTC. That is why you diversify. I do believe BYOC will do an RS. My prediction is they do one between .25 and .50 but closer to .50. I think at that point they will do a 10:1 for purposes of up-listing and I will be happy to be involved it that. They have no reason to RS with the AS to OS ratio they are at now.
One more thing. warfaretrader has been the most on point person on this board. If I were to pick one person to follow it would be him. If I thought a stock was on the verge of an RS I would not be on their forum, I would be looking elsewhere.
