I posted it because it was relevant at the time, as you see from the latest filing. The deal fell through around the time the Q report was due.

According to you the deal fell through because it would cause a ton of dilution. Am I supposed to believe that Ezra did not know the days prior to the uplist that the deal would cause a lot of dilution? I’m supposed to believe that he just all of a sudden figured that out after the split?
