The only ones who can trade at 5 decimal places are MM's and hedge funds. When you see a trade at 5 decimals its part of a block of shares a MM or Hedge Fund is selling for a customer or note being diluted. So if a order for 10 million shares is placed but the MM only has 7 million. He will short 3 million to fill the order. Then at some point when he covers his short he will average the price paid to price sold giving the 5 decimal trade. He will Reconcile to close out the trade. Hope that makes sense. Basically all it is he is borrowing shares and paying them back minus his .00002 per share fee or whatever they are now.
