My thought is... Why would he go through the trouble of taking custodianship if he didn't have plans for it? It's worth the little risk.

At this range I say def worth the risk ... if filings come ppl who sold out will wish they kept some , there will be no time to jump in low. Holding strong and hoping for the best.

On the flip side being that most brokers won't allow purchases of CE stocks after May 30th, those that will want in will have to buy before May 30th. And like you said if filings hit and we do get a merger will be a huge lottery from these levels. They have till Sept 26 to get their act together. Go $SNVP
