he wanted to be paid. evidently, he offered to help with compensation. which is different than offering to help without asking for a position or to be a consultant or whatever he may have proposed to them.

$RETC The entire testimony of Marilu should be stricken from records bc she is an independent contractor. She claims to work 50 hrs/wk as a 1099 contractor--this makes her a VENDOR for the company, not a legal representative. No employee, officer or board member showed up for the custo hearing-this is the FACT of the case so far which is why the judge requested someone from the Board to appear on Monday. If you listened last night, counsel for RETC said CEO or board will not be coming on line for Monday's hearing.

These set the tone for "NO SHOW" bc the judge will not hear any more words from any non-employee or legally appointed officer/board member on the RECORD of the corporation.

IMHO, no one from $RETC current management actually made an appearance & this fact was noted by many of us.

"Marilu: George should have gone about this better and should have tried to help get us current".

This testimony should be struck from the record, it totally contradicts itself and is useless for RETC management..they don't have a leg to stand on..Team-Sharp wins hands down...IMHO
