In your opinion, would providing a answer right away help build a new & higher support level, or waiting to last minute to release two updates (dismiss & jury or settlement) at once, help spring this up to level's never seen on this ticker?
I almost lean towards thinking it will have larger increase & impact on price if all the good news comes out at once.
