I agree but it's tough to glean much from the "zero lost customers". They have mostly 3 year contracts and the only contracts that would be rolling over thus far are ones like the BOA contract that were via acquisition and are practically gratis.
Also, regarding the lack of insider buying, do we know for sure that insiders were not part of the convert offering? I'm not sure what the disclosure requirements would be there. Would have been a good way for them to get in with some volume and pick up 8% along the way.
It is criminal that this tech is not already widely deployed. Why? Have you ever heard of any processing facility anywhere that would not move heaven and earth to avoid unplanned shutdowns? Is there not worldwide demand for improved ventilation? If we accept the reasoning that there is a lack of availability of parts or personnel, which I doubt because the petrochemical/power industries did not shut down so obviously are doing maintenance, why are they not bragging about a vast backlog just waiting for the go ahead? I am a marginally competent trader but I do see major red flags. If these abate I will buy right back in. I am a believer in the company but not the people running it.
