to who? you? because to the sec, there are criminal penalties for fraudulent 8ks. i don't think the company would even respond to the sharp filing if they didn't have a real case and real facts to defend themselves.
Actually George was trying to convince the judge the SEC could suspend this stock this very morning. Those 8k just may have saved the company from being suspended all this time they were delinquent with financials.
