It was actually just over 7MM - Lazar issues 11M to home albeit restricted to make it close to 19M - float is super small still - and these new shares I think will be for the RM party. They will be restricted as expected.

Seems though we are very close to something - with a float of just over 1M this will move quick $DIEN
