I was unable to open the links provided in the 8-K/a link that StevenRisk posted.

If KEW is the realty company in Denver CO, this is a real interesting development. It makes me wonder if SHWZ is creating an internal real estate vehicle similar to Innovative Industrial Properties, if so, this could accelerate a vast amount of liquidity for rapid expansion. Remember, last year when the MJ market collapsed when venture capital investments dried up, many large MSO's sold properties to IIP, entered long term leasing arrangements, and freed up cash for expansion during those lean months.

This is just my immediate thoughts and opinion.
