how do you interpret hiring a top notch law firm to represent you and sending your CONTROLLER "bailing?" lol lol what a reach. i believe that you guys are gonna be in shock next week and not in a good way. i totally understand all shareholders wanting to spin today in their favor. but, the fact are the facts, and the statute is the statute. i don't care how many times people say "gs has this in the bag," the judge must follow the STATUTE. i would be reading the statute if i were a shareholder right now. .i would not stay in the dark singing "he has this in the bag" when the statute requirements seem to indicate the opposite.
