Finally, it looks like Dimension Inc is going to be paying a heavy price for their continued attempts at extorting TMMI. FWIW I think the damages caused are much higher the the 5 million stated in the lawsuit. It looks like TMMI's management is finally going to bring this saga to an end once and for all.

I am impressed with the amount of disclosure from TMMI based on this revised quarterly report. Far better and addresses a lot of my issues with TMMI under Paul Healy's stealth policies. The ballz to counter-sue Dimension for that big round number and go offensive and reverse the tide to keep them on their heals. This is not 'tic for tac'. This is a knock-out blow I say.
