yes, i really think he won't win, because i trust that the judge will rule based on the STATUTE and not all the other stuff most shareholders wish could be considered. it is not easy to prove abandonment when you have a witness testifying to business operations, 8ks put out by the company and an active audit that was also 8k'd. no, i don't think he will win.
