Unfortunately, the world rarely revolves around "your" time schedule.
You go to the bank during the hours they are open. They pick em, probably not you.
When you worked, you worked hours your boss liked, tho he may consider your needs.
Judges work on their docket, and balance many many cases and, especially Scotus, is back logged.
If you want to go boating on July 4, with your new boat, Scotus may or may not have the decision complete by then.
Even my spouses schedule, is not always aligned perfectly with mine.
Ditto for my kids.
To make money in the market, we have to manipulate "our schedule" into the market, rather than expect the market to comply with our needs.
My grocery store may not be open if I have trouble sleeping at 3 am, I may have to come back at 8.
