But, they literally describe the business they've been conducting in the 8K (which means revenue) while admitting to being delinquent in their filings and revoked on SOS. That is the issue. $RETC is playing a game of catchup and it's too late + they're too far behind. They had the money, they deliberately chose not to get current.
