oh yes. like i said, this pursuit was not worth what this is costing him, in terms of how his testimony is concerned and is revealing about his level of "success." why would he do this to himself? i just don't get it. he was really on a roll. sometimes you have to just decide which efforts are worth your time, and which are not. this one was not. even if you have to lose a bit of money that you put on the line to start it, wasn't worth what is coming out today.
