yet, he just read the email that he wrote that states he wants to "help" the company become current. i don't know why he didn't just drop this case instead of letting it get to this point. i don't think it's serving him well at all, overall. i would have forfeited the money i spent in pursuing this and just gone on and found a truly "abandoned" shell. i don't see any reason for the judge to rule against the company. now, just what i said, they are now active, and this is all but over now. lol i tried to tell you guys. i did. i now, rest my case. anyway. i will now listen to end of this messy pursuit. congrats to the folks who made money here out of sheer luck. and for those who refused to look through the lens of objective due diligence and common sense before chasing this into the heavens on a mere custodianship application.
