well, there you have it, nevada cashed the payment for them to get current with the state. by law, the judge has to dismiss the case based on that fact alone. they have a backlog of orders and the company is not abandoned. i don't see how sharp is going to win this case. seriously. a judge would have to be nuts to grant sharp custodianship. lol i tried to tell you guys. she is from deloitte as an audit supervisor and took companies public. she is on point. this is far from the "train wreck" so many of you claimed was the case. this proceeding seems like a slam dunk for retech. i am going to feel quite vindicated here. the controller is very, very "sharp" - no pun intended. she is doing an outstanding job representing the company. wow. much, much better than i even expected. this effort just never seemed like it made sense. i don't know what sharp's real reason for pursuing this and thinking it would be a slam dunk for him.
