We need 0.68% of Berkshire-Hathaway's cash reserves. LOL

This Omaha NE based investment and holdings company is 80 miles north of the unfunded untouched mine site....

So close yet so far away...

Buffett would notice a tiny grain of sand in his shoe before he noticed that cash gone. The irony...

Thanks Advocate. I see your reasoning has not evolved and for me stays highly inconsequential for a Niocorp shareholder. The only reason you are still a shareholder than, must be that you consider the share a bargain and you may have made a nice profit since becoming a shareholder. The return in the feasibility study, the development of the market, the geo political implications all favor this project, should qualify for financing and I hope to see the big F soon. Niocorp is owner of the minerals and the land and that bodes well.

Advocate,

Can't argue with your points on timing of financing. This mine has been touted as a "printer of money" when, or more appropriately "if" it ever gets built. I'll go to the well again with my assumption that the air permit was the last roadblock and that financing just needed t's crossed and i's dotted.

Clearly not the case. Apparently more studies are required. Purchase of the land appeared to be a step in the right direction. Time, again, for this seasoned team to prove it. Or not.

Still in the black so not selling yet. GLTA, and their heirs....lol

Advocate77 - I don't think you will ever find a post where I said something negative about you or your outlook. I completely agree with you about the competitive tension. None of us are employees of Niocorp so we don't know what is going on behind the scene. None of us should know what is going on behind the scene. But a timely update on financing efforts/progress is not too much to ask. Yada yada yada, NDA's, not sure how long a company can hide behind the threats of lawsuits if any "sensitive" information is revealed via PR's. I am in the black and could unload any day but choose to watch and wait like you and many others. bp
