Looks like the court case just updated on the link, I posted for Updates.
The Magistrate ruled on May 18, 2021 in favor of Jake/Defendants on the 2 main counts.

Agree! What I've been saying! Sad that this is tied up and prolonged in drawn out court preceeding. If they rule no jurisdiction should be green light. And,
Hopefully, if Judge rules they have jurisdiction, the case can quickly be resolved. Not worried as Greenlink is still a growing company so only a mater of time.
