So you're conclusion is Macleods will be selling Leronlimab in multiple different countries not just India and Brazil. Good to know

The 8-K says nothing about the Philippines or Brazil. It says they have given MacLeods the right to sell 200k vials in India. Giving the right to sell is not the same thing as selling.
