I agree with you, however you did nail this in that. It DOES act like a Big Board Stock because it HAS to, simply because it also trades on various other National Level Stock Exchanges. Those exchanges have rules and regulations etc that they must adhere to , unlike the Rockey Horror Picture Show here in the OTC lol. I personally love that part of these Foreign Companies trading here.
Kinda like forcing any one current OTC Ticker to abide by same rules as Apple or Tesla. They would be pretty tame down here as well lol
