Share modification, reverse or possibly adding to the authorized, would offer staying payer but no a great path for shareholders. Where is the company going to secure cash flow.

I don't believe this is an issue. They sold interest in Recycler for $800,000, far higher than needed to get through to RI_DE decision. If Recycler is declined, then this is a topic to discuss.

At this juncture, though, I see 0% chance that we have any issues before
7-15 when a decision is issued. If it's approved, all the bond $ will hit.

Biggest concern is not $ to pay bills, it's getting projects ( Recycler, Durango,Panels) off the ground.
