Yes. The root of the problem is what NP published in a PR does not mean it is true in the eyes of the FDA.

I'm pretty sure that CYDY was reporting on some type of sub-populations with this data. Here is the language, "In all treated patients, at the End of Treatment (or Day 14),..."

This may have been a clever disguise to describe a sub-population. If not, then I would tend to agree that the FDA may have misspoke. But, if I had to bet on who would speak accurately and precisely, I would not bet on NP.
