I know what you mean... BSPI, another Denunzio shell, has lost half its value from the April high of .40. These shells get over-inflated and are subject to a deep sell-off at anytime. Investors are on hold until anticipatory price moves based on catalyst dates, additional filings happen, or merger is announced.
