NP failed in his duty to tell shareholders not to bother the FDA.
This is a spectacular rebuke

Unfortunately the FDA just gave the class action lawsuits legitimacy. The FDA is basically saying CYDY Managment has issued misleading statements regarding its trial results and things have gotten so out of hand they had to issue a statement on this situation, to the WORLD, TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT!

Has this ever happened to any company pursing approval for a drug, that the FDA said stop MISLEADING the world about your trial results?

It is not a shot across the bow, but a torpedo into the belly of the ship. No approvals anywhere after this. I knew NP was bad news, but the FDA just told the world our CEO is a fooking liar.

Any other company... heads would roll...but NP and SK are really supportive of NP and SK so.. all is good and no one is going anywhere accept BK court... can anyone say indubitable equivalent?
