When does the next financial need to be filed?

The next financial report will be the annual 10-K for FY21 (thru April 30, 2021). That's due July 29, 2021 (with up to a 15 day extension to August 13). The following 10-Q for 1FQ22 (thru 7/31/21 - i.e. the quarter we're currently in) is due on September 14, 2021 (with up to a 5 day extension). That's where I expect to start seeing some significant movement.
