So if the LAWS (as I've already said repeatedly) are the SAME for everyone, how can they only affect minorities negatively, unless you continue to believe Minorities are not smart enough to figure out what everyone else has to.

You continue to want to make us believe that Minorities are "not as smart" as the rest of the public.

Majority are in bill form NOT LAWS, a few have been passed in some states.
We always pass restrictions to further tighten laws when the individuals that violated them should be held accountable. Oh we had a really really good reason when we could have just wiped things with a cloth right. Voter procedures turn on there head when only the legislature had authority to make changes. Now we have the AZ audit which doesn't look good for dummy joebama.
