All of the assets were sold including all of the IP. That is exactly what PWC and court docs state

LOL partial liquidation, who told you that? "The Company - Bioamber Inc", which comprises all 3 entities that make up "the company" were liquidated. 6th report with the unsealed documents & asset list is a good read. It was posted for well over a year & a half publicly. However, partial liquidation is factually incorrect, all assets of all 3 entities were liquidated. The only IP's that were not liquidated were those that were tied to third parties under license, they were not wholly owned by Bioamber. Bioamber has nothing of value left. Further more, Bioamber has no corporate structure so all of these predictions have a major problem.
