Indeed. You've been saying this for many weeks now. Seems like you're spot on. Wall Street Journal has picked this deal up as well. Seems like the warrants with this deal will be tradeable under the symbol WKSPW. Not sure how traded warrants impact the O/S, if at all, until they're converted at some point in the future. IMO this takes near term heat off of the stock post split. They might not be converted for several years.
I was looking for the Q1 filing today. No NT yet either. Maybe this uplist process has put a pause on the Q1? Not really sure.
WKSP may become one of the hottest stocks to watch on the NASD 2021/2022!!
