And as I've posted previously, I do not participate in FB, so I would need to email the Company directly - which I may do.

These "strategic" tuts/family offices lurking in the shadows with IQST is one of those things where I do not expect the Company will ever provide all that much transparency and we could be left to guess and make thinly based in fact determinations about what's truly going on for the foreseeable future.

To address some of the heightened concerns on this board since the 10 cent share sale info hit the news wire, will the Company provide guidance on whether they've sold any additional equity during April and May to date? I highly doubt it.

This issue is a long putt for some investors and an impossible putt for some others.
