No surprise in this response from the Company (for me anyway), and I would wager these players had a major hand in the trading action we've seen over the past several weeks.
The chum bait was in the water, I just couldn't see it. Lesson duly learned here.
If someone is interested, follow up questions to the Company in response to their note may include:
1) what do these strategic investor "commitments that extend to a long-term relationship" include? What information is available now or to come that can help explain what value is being provided to the Company in return for the price points agreed to?
2) Regarding the support in uplisting to the NASDAQ these investors will provide, what does this mean? What specific support will they provide? How can they help get the stock over $2 for a sustained period of time? Will they purchase a certain number of shares in the open market?
3) They are still supporting the Company...really?? How so? Please explain how their further involvement will help the Company *AND* its current existing shareholders, of which I am one??
Many of you on this board can take it from here...this is a pretty lame explanation.
