The ticker is revoked. The corporation has no business activity, no revenue, and no assets. Only unpayable liabilities that will never go away.

Even God Ken Maciora cannot raise MYEC from DaDead or save FailEd from self-destruction, criminality, and lecherousness.

Kenneth Maciora (aka God) is all-seeing, all-knowing, and all-powerful.

FailEd is blind drunk, a druggie, an adulterer, a pennyswindler, and embezzler, a tax evader, corrupt, ignorant, and weak.

And those are just his good points.
