Republicans for Veterans pushing the bill puts pressure on Bidwn to pull his head out of his arse. IMO he's trying to cater to his conservative base by withholding support for full legalization so this bill ought to wake him up to the fact that this faction of his base has changed its perspective on the Federal Marijuana Legalization issue.
