It's been a scam for decades and still might be, but it ran on the theory that a new owner will R/M it (it's already been through at least 6 mergers throughout the years and languished at .0001 until recently).

It seems someone's been scooping up dead shells lately, and some godawful ones at that. None I own, of course.
