HOW ABOUT DEALING IN THE REAL WORLD? There is very little to distinquish the Expert Market from the actual umbrella platform, which is defined as the Grey Market. The so-called "Expert Market" is simply a spun-off subset of the Grey Market! Simplistically, it emloys electronics to match trades, rather than matching trades manually. Like the "parent", i.e. the Grey Market, the Expert Market is not an auction, thus does not utilize a BID/ASK!

Grey Market
Grey Market, "OTC" or "Other OTC" is a security that is not currently traded on the OTCQX, OTCQB or Pink markets. Broker-dealers are not willing or able to publicly quote OTC securities because of a lack of investor interest, company information availability or regulatory compliance.

Expert Market
The Expert Market is a private market to serve broker-dealer pricing and best execution needs in securities that are restricted from public quoting or trading. Restrictions can be based on issuer requirements, security attributes, investor accreditation and/or suitability risks.


DECN "is not currently traded on the OTCQX, OTCQB or Pink markets". It was moved into the Gray Market based on the SEC Trading Suspension.

OTC Markets created the Expert Market BECAUSE the SEC had started to move large numbers of company stocks onto the Gray Market due to "lack of investor interest, company information availability or regulatory compliance" issues. They wanted to provide a venue for these terminally ill stocks as a source of income.

Effectively DECN trades on a black market created to facilitate non-compliance. It won't last forever....take your profits (LOL) soon.
